This Privacy Policy regulates the processing and protection of personal data of users of the website https://fondunity.org (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), owned by the CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION "CHARITY FUND "COMMUNITY UNITY" (EDRPOU code 39056806), registered in accordance with the effective legislation of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the "Foundation" or "We"). 

We respect your privacy and are committed to ensuring the protection of your personal data in accordance with the effective legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."

1. What Information Do We Collect and Why?

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," personal data means information or a collection of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.

The data we collect during registration on the website, making donations, or filling out feedback forms is divided into two categories:

 

  • Technical Information. When you access our website, certain data is collected automatically for the maintenance, analysis, and improvement of the Website's operation. This includes: IP address, UTM parameters (marketing tags), geolocation, device and browser type, cookies, as well as data regarding your interaction with the website (session ID, page view history, referral source).

 

  • Data provided by the user. In order to correctly identify and effectively utilize your charitable contribution, provide reporting on the results of public fundraising or the use of funds, and promptly respond to your inquiries, we may require: your full name, phone number, and email address.

Note regarding payment data: The processing of your payments is carried out through secure systems of third-party certified payment service providers. The Foundation does not collect or store full details of your bank cards or passwords.

2. Age Restrictions

We do not knowingly process personal data of users under the age of 16. If you are such a user or their legal representative, please notify us by email at help@fondunity.org for the immediate deletion of such information.

3. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We retain your personal data for 36 months from the date of your last interaction with the Website. However, you may exercise your right to delete your data at any time. In this case, your data will be removed from our servers within 30 days after receiving your request.

4. Do We Transfer Data to Third Parties?

We do not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties without your voluntary consent, except in cases directly provided for by the effective legislation of Ukraine (for example, upon an official request from law enforcement agencies within the law) or to prevent wrongful acts.

5. Rights of Users (Personal Data Subjects)

As a user, you possess all the rights provided for by Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection," in particular:

  • ​to know about the sources of collection, location of your personal data, and the purpose of its processing;

  • to receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data;

  • to access your personal data;

  • to submit a reasoned request for modification or destruction of your data if it is processed unlawfully or is inaccurate;

  • to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

6. Do we use cookies?

We use cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the website and the collection of technical information.
