Our foundation brings together volunteers from diverse professional backgrounds, including entrepreneurs from various industries who actively support the implementation of charitable projects and programs aimed at helping children. Our team also includes students, healthcare professionals, psychologists, and marketing specialists who contribute to the organization and delivery of events. An important part of our community is volunteers with disabilities, who take part in preparing, delivering, and distributing aid to children across Ukraine.

Our volunteer work dates back to 2007–2008, when a group of caring individuals united to support children with serious illnesses — including cancer, cerebral palsy (CP), diabetes, HIV/AIDS, autism, and multiple sclerosis. We raised funds for treatment both in Ukraine and abroad, and provided support to families caring for these children.

We have always paid special attention to orphans living in residential care institutions. Regular visits, communication, and targeted assistance — such as clothing, footwear, books, school supplies, and other essential items — helped create a sense of care and support for them.

Before the foundation was officially established, its President and Vice President were actively involved in charitable initiatives within various organizations. In 2014, the CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION “CHARITABLE FOUNDATION ‘UNITY OF COMMUNITY’” was established to systematize and expand these efforts. Today, the foundation cooperates with 12 partner companies and brings together more than 300 managers and employees who contribute to the implementation of projects and events.

Currently, the foundation provides ongoing support to over 4,000 children with various health conditions across Ukraine. These include children with disabilities, orphans, and children raised by relatives. We also support internally displaced children from temporarily occupied territories, as well as large families raising children with disabilities.

Among our strategic goals is the establishment of a support center for children, where they will be able to receive assistance with social adaptation, career guidance, and access to educational and creative programs. We plan to organize training sessions, workshops, and other activities that will help develop the skills necessary for independent living.

We are a team of responsible and compassionate people united by a common goal: to support children in difficult life circumstances. We believe in their future and work every day to create more opportunities for their development, a dignified life, and happiness.
